Join me for a special Kundalini Goddess Spring Equinox Ceremony at Yoga Life, Eastbourne, on Saturday 21st March, 12–2pm — a sacred gathering to welcome growth, balance, and new beginnings.
The Spring Equinox marks a powerful threshold on the Wheel of the Year: a moment of perfect balance between light and dark, as we turn toward the lighter half of the year and the Earth awakens once more. It is a time of renewal, celebration, and conscious intention.

We will invoke Ostara, Goddess of Spring, abundance, nourishment, and fertility, to support us in planting seeds for the months ahead — seeds aligned with joy, creativity, and soul-led growth.

True growth arises from nourishment, harmony, and inner peace. During this ceremony, we will create fertile inner conditions — balancing the divine feminine and masculine energies — so that your intentions may take root and flourish.
The Equinox is a gateway of transition and equilibrium, and we will work with this energy through a balancing and invigorating blend of Kundalini Yoga, breathwork, meditation, and ritual to harmonise your energy system and awaken your creative life force.

How to Prepare
This event is open to all levels and abilities. All that’s required is:
- An open mind
- The ability to move and participate in a way that feels right for your body
- Yoga mats, bolsters, and blankets are available at the studio, and we will be seated on yoga mats for parts of the ceremony.
A few days before the event, you will receive a preparation email to support gentle self-enquiry and intention-setting ahead of our gathering.
