Q1: What is shamanic womb massage?
Womb massage is a gentle, therapeutic abdominal and pelvic massage that supports the physical, emotional, and energetic health of the womb space.
The womb massage that i offer, is rooted in ancient healing traditions — particularly those of the Maya, who believe that the womb is a women’s spiritual centre, which acts as a bridge between the physical and spiritual worlds. Womb massage is designed to bring both physical and energetic balance, release tension, and restore your connection to your feminine centre.
In my sessions, I combine therapeutic womb massage techniques with shamanic energy healing practices, creating a combined healing experience that fosters emotional release, spiritual connection, and overall wellbeing. Massage techniques used are a blend of deep massage, releasing, holding and loosening tissues.

Each session begins with a gentle consultation where we explore your needs, intentions, and any physical or emotional concerns. A full treatment can include deep massage of the abdomen and sacral areas. Each session is adapted to your health needs and may include all 3 areas or just the womb, abdomen or sacrum.
From there, you’ll rest comfortably as I guide you through:

Your menstrual cycle is more than a physical process — it’s a mirror of the natural rhythms of the earth and the moon. Traditionally, women lived in harmony with lunar phases, often bleeding with the new moon (the “white moon cycle,” linked to fertility and renewal) or with the full moon (the “red moon cycle,” associated with wisdom, healing, and spiritual insight).
Each phase of your cycle carries a unique energy:

Q8: How many sessions will I need?
Every woman is on their own unique path and as this is a gentle unfolding a minimum of 3 sessions is usually recommended. These can be done weekly, or bi-weekly or even monthly, the feminine path is not linear. If you have already received womb massage a single session may provide the healing and relief you need.
Your goals and needs will be discussed in the initial consultation.
Q9: How can I prepare for my session?
As part of the consultation, you will be sent a form to complete and sent back to me before your first treatment. This form contains questions about your medical history and emotional wellbeing.
