THE POWER OF LOVE
A Mary Magdalene Pilgrimage to Wholeness
Your pathway back to the love that has always lived within you.
You are invited to walk the sacred path of Mary Magdalene through the ancient mountains and forests of Sainte-Baume in the South of France, visiting the St Baume Cave and the Cave of Eggs, places held in the Magdalene tradition as sacred spaces of prayer, transformation and rebirth.
This is more than a retreat.
It is a pilgrimage of self-love — a journey inward and outward to remember who you are beneath the stories, wounds, expectations and identities you have carried.
To return to wholeness.
To awaken the eternal power of love within you.
To hear the voice of your own soul.
I felt called to create this pilgrimage because so many Magdalene retreats and pilgrimages are lengthy and costly. I wanted to create something more accessible, intimate and manageable, while still offering a profound and transformative opportunity to walk the path of Mary Magdalene.
My deepest invitation is for you to discover what Mary Magdalene means to you — beyond the Bible, the myths, the priestess traditions and spiritual teachings, and to encounter her as a living archetype of transformation, devotion, truth and awakened love.

WHY — THE CALL TO RETURN TO YOURSELF
What if the love you have been searching for is already within you?

So much of our lives can be spent looking outside ourselves for love, validation, belonging, healing or permission to become who we truly are.
We carry old stories. Old wounds.n Old patterns of separation. We can become disconnected from our bodies, our intuition, our feminine wisdom and the quiet voice of our soul.
The Mary Magdalene path offers another way. She invites us to turn inward.
- To listen.
- To remember.
- To reclaim the parts of ourselves we have abandoned.
And to discover that beneath the human story — the pain, mistakes, grief, longing and limitations — there is something untouched – The infinite soul. The part of you that was never broken. The part of you that knows how to love.
A pilgrimage of self-love and togetherness
This journey is an invitation to bring love to the places within you that have been waiting to be seen.
You do not have to walk this path alone.
You will be safely led, held and guided by Katie, with the support and sisterhood of the women travelling alongside you.
Perhaps you feel called because you:
- long to heal old wounds of separation
- are ready to forgive what can be forgiven
- want to release resentment, blame, anger or shame
- feel ready to soften the weight you have been carrying
- want to honour the women and men who came before you
- feel drawn to the Magdalene but have never known how to make the journey alone
- have longed to visit the sacred caves but have felt uncertain about travelling there by yourself
- are ready to reconnect with your body, intuition and feminine wisdom
- sense that there is a deeper part of you waiting to be remembered
We will walk as sisters — supporting, witnessing and holding one another as we journey through this sacred landscape.
You are part of something much older and larger than your individual story. And you do not have to carry everything alone.
WHAT — AWAKENING THE POWER OF LOVE
Mary Magdalene as a mirror
Mary Magdalene’s story has been interpreted and reinterpreted across centuries.
Her identity has been surrounded by religious and cultural interpretations, while mystical Christian traditions have remembered her in many different ways — as devoted disciple, witness, teacher, visionary and messenger of the Resurrection.
Beyond the competing stories, there is a deeper invitation:
What does Mary Magdalene reveal to you?
Rather than telling you who she must be, this pilgrimage invites you to encounter her for yourself.
To deepen your relationship with Mary Magdalene. To listen to what her story awakens in your own soul. As Andrew Harvey writes in The Magdalene Revolution:
“Each of us who has heard her voice speak from within our souls and hearts, will sing out what we receive in our own unique and transformed voices.”
Perhaps this is the essence of the Magdalene path:
Don’t simply look for Mary.
Discover what Mary awakens in you.
AWAKEN THE DIVINE FEMININE WITHIN YOU
Surrender. Receive. Create.
At the heart of this pilgrimage is an awakening of the Divine Feminine.
The feminine principle invites us into receptivity, intuition, embodiment, compassion, surrender and creation.
To surrender does not mean giving your power away.
It means releasing the struggle to control everything.
It means moving from head to heart, so that you can listen deeply enough to receive.
To receive guidance.
To receive love.
To receive your own wisdom.
And from that place of deep receptivity, to create.
The return of the sacred feminine
Across history, women’s voices and spiritual authority have often been diminished, forgotten or interpreted through systems created largely by men.
For many, Mary Magdalene has therefore become a powerful symbol of the return of the feminine voice.
The woman who speaks.
The woman who witnesses.
The woman who knows.
The woman who refuses to disappear.
Her story invites us to reclaim our own voice and authority — not by becoming someone else, but by returning to the deepest truth of who we are.
Reclaim your self-worth
Your truth matters.
Your body matters.
Your intuition matters.
Your voice matters.
Your capacity to love matters.
RETURN TO WHOLENESS
This pilgrimage is also an invitation into inner union. To bring the different parts of yourself back into relationship.
The feminine and the masculine > The body and the soul> The human and the divine.
The parts of yourself that may have become separated through fear, shame, grief or old conditioning.
The union you may have been seeking outside yourself is also a union you are being invited to discover within yourself.
Throughout the weekend, we hold the intention to return home to ourselves — to return to wholeness.

MEET YOUR GUIDE

A personal pilgrimage of the soul
Hello, precious one.
The first time I made this journey, after many years of longing to visit Sainte-Baume, it became one of the most profoundly healing and inspiring adventures of my life. Walking through Mary’s mountains and ancient forests, finding my way to the cave, and searching for the mysterious Cave of Eggs felt like i was re-connecting to a lost innocence within me.
It was a true adventure of the soul. There was joy. There were tears. There were times when navigating the land that i totally questioned my inner compass, but the journey kept bringing me back to the truth. I felt liberated from the moment I booked the trip, right through to taking my first steps along the ancient paths of Sainte-Baume.
There is something about this sacred land — its mountains, forests, caves and stillness — that awakens something within you. Full of magic, mystery and angel dust.
As I sat and prayed inside the Cave of Eggs, asking for healing and guidance, I felt deeply that I had to share this experience with other women.
My path
I am a Kundalini Yoga teacher, Divine Feminine healer, ceremonialist and Shamanic Womb Priestess.
My work is rooted in the belief that there is an extraordinary capacity within us to transform, heal and alchemise our experiences.
I believe that we don’t have to reject our humanity in order to discover our divinity. We are both.
For me, Mary Magdalene represents a tender yet deeply empowering path of self-love, self-acceptance, truth and transformation.
She reminds us that love leads us to our highest path. I hope to see you there.
Katie xoxo
DON’T BE AFRAID — YOU CAN DO IT!
I had to add this because, before I made this journey myself, I was genuinely worried about whether I would feel safe walking in the mountains — particularly when I was searching for the Cave of Eggs!
But honestly, I found the experience much more manageable than I had imagined.
There were moments that felt adventurous, of course, but I never felt as though I was walking along a dangerous path or facing a sheer, terrifying drop. If you’re comfortable with heights and reasonably confident walking on uneven ground, you’ll be absolutely fine.
The photo above was actually taken when I was summiting the mountain while trying to find the Cave of Eggs! Don’t worry — we won’t be taking you on that particular adventure! 😂
That said, this is a sacred mountain pilgrimage, rather than a gentle stroll. You do need to be reasonably mobile and fit enough to walk uphill for periods of time and manage uneven, sometimes rugged and steep terrain.
The walk to Mary Magdalene’s cave and the chapel takes approximately 1.5–2 hours, depending on the pace of the group and opportunities to pause, rest and take in the landscape.
And remember — we walk together. There is no race to the top.
We will take our time, pause when we need to, breathe, connect with the land and support one another along the way.
The journey itself is part of the pilgrimage and you will certainly have you own unique experience in that way.
YOUR INVITATION

Are you ready to walk the path?
You don’t need to know exactly what Mary Magdalene means to you. You will feel the call from deep within you.
The call to step away from the noise and into sacred communion with life, the land, nature and spirit. To enter the womb-cave, to heal and return to love.
To listen to your body. To open your heart. To remember your soul.
And to discover what happens when you stop searching for love outside yourself and begin to recognise the love that has been within you all along.
Return to yourself.
Return to wholeness.
Return to love.
