Hello, Evolving Goddess!

I’m Katie, creator of Kundalini Goddess. 

My spiritual awakening began in my early 30’s when I was really pushed to embark on my healing journey whilst I was pregnant with my first and only daughter. Kundalini Yoga has changed my life in so many ways and now I am deeply committed to daily spiritual practises that allow me to open my heart and connect with the universe. I completed my level 1 teacher training with Amrit Nam Sarovar in 2017. I continue to reconnect with my soul family return every year to complete further training programs.

As my own healing journey continued, I was inspired to create Kundalini Goddess in 2020, which is when I was called to deep dive into my own divine feminine healing. After the birth of my daughter by c-section, I was diagnosed with endometriosis, which lead me to my womb healing journey.  Today I integrate the practise of Kundalini Yoga with shamanic goddess practises working with the moon cycles, and goddess archetypes. I am following the Isis priestess path. I am currently a shamanic womb apprentice, and look forward to weaving ancient practises in to my work as my offerings grow and evolve.

My journey of healing, self-love, discovery, awareness and acceptance, is something that I really wish to inspire you to embark on. My desire to empower you to spiritually evolve is my passion. For us to be steered by forgiveness, compassion and ultimately love, is my mission.

I am based in Hastings in East Sussex. If you wish to work with me, i can offer in-person appointments or via zoom. I hold regular new and full moon events in Hastings, Eastbourne and Brighton, and also a few times a year in Hitchin, Herts.
