As we arrive at the Autumn Equinox, the light begins to fade and nature invites us to slow down, turn inward and surrender to the changing seasons.
This is a sacred invitation to come home to your heart. To soften into the stillness. To create space with your breath. To find clarity in letting go of what no longer serves you.
I feel that, in these chaotic times, we’re being called to anchor into our faith — to return to what is true, and to what makes us feel strong, supported and nourished.
I invite you to join me in a space where we can meet our vulnerability with honesty and compassion, while calling on the higher part of ourselves to rise and gently lead the way.

We’ll begin the ceremony with a warm cup of cacao, inviting us to soften, open the heart and arrive fully in the present moment.
Through Kundalini yoga, breathwork, meditation and sacred ceremony, we’ll create space to reconnect with your heart, deepen your faith in life’s cycles and awaken the courage to love without fear.
