A Feminine Healing Day in Hastings
Reconnect with yourself through healing, nature, water & sisterhood.
This sacred feminine healing day is rooted in the gentle, nourishing energies of earth and water. It offers you a space to slow down, breathe, and reconnect — not through force or pressure, but through listening, feeling, and allowing.
You don’t need to have any experience to come.
You don’t need to worry about what you wish to heal.
You are welcome exactly as you are.
Together, we create a safe and supportive space where you can soften back into yourself — where nothing needs to be fixed, and everything is allowed to be witnessed, held and felt.
A gentle invitation to release what’s been weighing on you, and reconnect with your natural joy, peace and feminine power. This is a time to choose you and start again.
Spaces Limited to 6. Book. now, Early Bird £69 (available until May 31st – £81 there after).
A day to remember yourself
This retreat is a mini pilgrimage — a soft yet powerful journey back to your fullest, radiant self.

- Release what you’ve been holding
- Reconnect with your vitality
- Connect to your natural flow
Your womb as a place of wisdom
Your womb is more than a physical space, it is a holding of all that your in relation to. Connecting to your womb allows you to reach your most vulnerable and powerful self.
It is a centre of feeling, memory, intuition, and creativity. A place that quietly holds your experiences — both the ones you celebrate and the ones you may have pushed aside.
To begin connecting with your womb is not about doing it “right.”
It is simply about beginning to listen.
And in that listening, something powerful happens.
You begin to reconnect with your own story — with compassion, with gentleness, and with a deeper sense of understanding.

The Well Maidens & Goddesses of the Healing Water
Across time, water has been honoured as a source of life, renewal, and quiet healing. In this space, we gently connect with the energy of the Well Maidens and water goddesses — not as something outside of you, but as reflections of what already lives within.
They are the guardians of the sacred well — the part of you that knows how to restore, replenish, and receive. When life feels overwhelming, it’s easy to lose connection to this inner well — to feel drained, disconnected, or out of flow. Their presence weaves through this day as a quiet invitation to return to honour your abundant life force energy and restore harmony — within and around you.
