Full Moon Kundalini Yoga is a sacred practice designed to harness the potent lunar feminine energy that peaks at this powerful point in the cycle. Embodied and deeply alchemical, my Full Moon–themed Kundalini classes and ceremonies are intentionally created to support you in emptying out what no longer serves, transforming dense or stagnant energy into a felt sense of release, clarity, and lightness.
I love practicing under the Full Moon because it is a natural culmination point — a moment of heightened illumination and amplified energy. The moon’s radiance empowers and supports you to realign with what is true, authentic, and nourishing for you.
