Join me to sooth and rest into the energy of the new moon. You may have been wobbled over the last few days. This session is for you if you’re feeling stressed or overwhelmed. I can feel the weight of collective tiredness and a deep need for restorative self care. Perhaps you’re feeling tired or even burnt out. In this session we will be slowly, restoring our energy to recentre and find peace from within.
This session will include slow movement, restorative pranayama, meditation and guided relaxation.
Join in person via St Leonards, or live via zoom or take the recording.
